Records
When requesting public records from our office's Records Clerk the request must be in writing and needs to have as many descriptors as possible as to what information you are requesting. It will assist our Records Clerk in processing your request if you call first and confirm the record you are requesting is available. Also by calling the Records Clerk she can advise you of the possible costs relating to the request.
Listed below are some basic rates for records requests. These are subject to change at anytime. Call for exact charges.
Copies of Records: 2 pages or more .10 cents a page
Large orders $15.00 an hour after 30 minutes and .10 cents a page
Copies of Records on CD $1.00 each
Postage / Shipping Costs Depends on size of file
