The Titus County Sheriff's Office Communications Center is commanded by Chief Dispatcher Ginger Brown. Dispatchers provide communication between the citizens and deputies 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
It is the job of the Dispatcher to answer 911 calls, non emergency and business calls, operate and monitor radio channels, dispatch deputies and perform records tasks and warrant checks. Most of the time the dispatcher is required to perform all of these tasks at one time.
Using a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), radios, sophisticated telephone services, and utilizing all possible resources available, the Communications Center does it's best to be sure that the citizens receive the services they need.
